About Christ Church of Morgantown
Scripture: We seek the comprehensive application of God’s Word to our lives, our thoughts, and our actions.

Worship: We desire joyful, robust biblical worship, singing psalms and hymns, confessing our sins, hearing expository preaching of the Scriptures, and celebrating communion weekly. Our children worship with us.

Community: We pursue true biblical community, encouraging one another in Christ and through hospitality.

Family: We follow the Bible, recognizing the family as the basic building block of both society and the Church. Therefore we purposefully strengthen families. We train men to be the leaders in their homes, teach wives to respectfully submit to their husbands, and instruct children to obey their parents.

Peter Jones, Pastor
He is married to Julie and has seven children: Samuel, William, Benjamin, Calvin, Amelia, Cecily, and Elijah. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL with a B.A. in pastoral studies. He graduated from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, PA with an M.A. in Theological Studies.
